The agreement between you and TODO for use of the apinfy API, wallet and GPU compute.
Last updated 14 August 2026 · TODO
1. Who you are contracting with
apinfy is operated by TODO (CIN TODO, GSTIN TODO), registered at TODO. “We” and “us” mean that company. By creating an API key you accept these terms.
2. What the service is
A pay-as-you-go API billed in Indian rupees against a prepaid wallet, comprising: model inference on an OpenAI-compatible surface, per-unit job APIs, dataset storage and search, and hourly GPU rentals. Availability of any individual model, API or accelerator is not guaranteed and may change.
3. Wallet, pricing and billing
The wallet is prepaid credit, not a deposit. Charges are debited as you use the service, at the rates published on the pricing page and in the catalogue at the time of the call. GPU rentals are metered forward, minute by minute, and stop automatically when the balance reaches zero or the rental’s TTL expires, whichever comes first. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated; a GST invoice is issued for every top-up.
We do not extend credit. A call that your balance cannot cover is refused rather than run, so your spend can never exceed what you have loaded.
4. Your API key
Your key authenticates every call and spends your wallet. Keep it secret; usage under your key is your responsibility, including usage by anyone you give it to. Tell us immediately at TODO if it is exposed and we will revoke it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- generate content that sexually exploits children, or that incites violence;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or produce material designed to deceive;
- process personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
- attempt to extract model weights, or resell raw model access as your own model;
- circumvent rate limits, sandbox quotas, or lane restrictions.
We may suspend a key that is doing any of the above. Where suspension is not urgent we will tell you first.
6. Verified-tier results and receipts
Some job APIs offer a verified dial, where output is checked by a deterministic verifier and a failed check triggers an automatic refund of that call. Every call returns a signed RASEED receipt naming the engines, lane and region that actually ran, and the hashes of the input and output. The receipt is the record; it is independently verifiable with our published public key and it is what governs any dispute about what we did.
A verifier checks specific, stated properties. It is not a warranty that output is correct, complete or fit for your purpose.
7. Where your data is processed
The service runs in Falkenstein, Germany (Hetzner). Individual calls may be routed to third-party model providers or marketplace GPUs in other countries; each receipt states the lane and region actually used, and lane restrictions on your key control which of those a call may reach. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We publish live status and nightly test results and do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee unless we have signed a separate agreement with you that says so.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate for breach of section 5, or for non-payment. On termination, unused wallet credit is handled under the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date accepts the change.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at TODO have exclusive jurisdiction.
